reset "check engine" light

    "check engine" light

    Hi, just wondering is there any way can reset the check engine light on 1990 KV4?

    take off the + side of your batt , keep it unpluged for 30 min. then it should be reset.

    I did it, but i have some problem, the "check engine" still flashing.... it looks like 6 slow and 2 fast.....anyone know what's the problem?

    Thank you so much!! to clear the "check engine" code is it same as unplug the "+" for 30 minutes?

    Power Train Light

    I have an 1999 TT2-The power Train Light keeps coming on,I don't have an Check Engine Light,Seams to run fine (The Light is RED in the dash) Any Help Thanks Steve
