Guys, Can you please help me with my rack end pinion of suzuki carry 97, it has TOK sound when passing rough roads, i tried re greasing the whole assembly but the TOK sound still there, what is the use of the plastic cover at the middle portion? thanks in advance
That is how you adjust the slack in the steering wheel. turn clock wise a little at a time and check the free play in the steering wheel, Don't get it too tight it will be hard to turn. op:
