Horn Hunter, got a question for you re: your tool box mounts. How did you attach the mounts to the frame? Did you drill through both sides of the beam? If so, what length bolts did you end up using?

The bracket is mounted to the side of the frame and also up under the frame with self-tapping hex heads and washers. I figured if it rattled loose I would through bolt it, but it hasn't moved.

I love the truck build. I'm planning on doing something similar to my 94 S110p. How much modification was necessary to mount the front bumper?

I wish I had taken photos but got working and forgot.
Take off the plastic pumper skin/cover.
A 24" piece of 2 or 2.5" piece of angle iron bolted to the front of the cab with the mounting brackets that came with the bumper cut into big washers. Found four spots on the inside where getting to nuts and washers would not be a problem
Set the bumper on and bolt thru the angle iron. Some of the holes in the bumper lined right up where I need them.
Cut 3 pieces of 2" steel to brace the bottom of the bumper back to the frame underneath. There were two mounting holes on the bottom of the bumper and there were actually holes in the frame to bolt the braces to. I think about 12" long braces. I did a brace in the center of the bumper also but had to drill a hole in the center of the frame and bottom center of the bumper.
After I mocked it up, I took the bottom braces off and cut the plastic bumper skin to go back on around the bumper.
    Actually, really easy.
Then put the bottom supports through the slots in the bottom of the plastic bumper skin and bolted everything back up. The front of the cab is really thin but with the number of bolts and washer the load is spread pretty well.
I can stand on the bumper and bounce the truck and it does not move.
The bumper is on Ebay. If you decide to do, message me and I will send some pics.

Awesome. That doesn't sound too bad at all. More pictures would be greatly appreciated.
I just ordered the front bumper this morning. It should be here in a week or so.
I also have a rear tow bumper and a 2" lift from Xpert Accessories that'll be arriving Saturday.

Thanks. It been a fun project.
    Had cover custom cut.

It was 50-60 bucks. They have several grades and colors. I think I went
18oz. Snap kit was on ebay.
I did go back and buy a heavier snap kit because the first set was a little whimpy.
