    As I said, a week ago I've bought 2004 4WD Carry Truck.
I like it as it is, but can't resist putting in some offroad equipment. 8)

This car doesn't have diff lock, so I'm searching for them on japanese Yahoo.
Have plan B anyway - to buy new sleeve and diff carrier, make some full float axles out of Pajero/Terrano/etc torsion bars.

And looking for 25" ATV or UTV tyres at or local forums.
Steel had no time to bring out fear diff to count ratio number. I like how this tiny thing runs. 100-110 kmh and sometimes even 120. That's the end of its speedo... 8)
But I'm sure 25" is much difference. I think I'll find some more powerfull gears as there're plenty of ratios on minitrucks. Seems all of them are interchangable.

I'm doing some research across axles for sale here.

    Mitsu Minicab
    U61T 2WD - 49/7 = 7
    U42T - 40/6 = 6.67
    U62T - 48/7 = 6.857
    U61T (4WD??? 0305475 3G83) - 48/7 = 6.857

    Daihatsu Hijet
    S210V - 40/6 = 6.67
    S321V - 44/7 = 6.286
    EB60 - 42/6 = 7

    Nissan Clipper
    U71W (R4A12) - 31/11 = 2.82 - think, here's typo or something.

I'll keep on searching to add the list.

    One more question.
I can get K10A or K10A-T. But don't want to mess with the swap.
Here's K6A-T out of Suzuki Jimny (or WagonR etc). Is it bad idea to put it instead of NA K6A? Will it be weak on low revs?

That's because I'm dumb with electronic to put some force induction like AMR300 or small turbo. I'll have to do some work on ECU then to fuel it properly...

Hm. Open diff and locker one has different third member carrier, different diff bearing size and preloads with shims, not nuts.
35x72x17 rollers for open one, 40x68x19 for locked one.
There's 35x72x19 on Toyota Dina, for example, to fit diff carrier with locker to open diff third member.
