Long time lurker, first post. I got a 96 suzuki carry that needed a bunch of work for a killer deal. Now that the truck is running and ready to rock, I'm running into some issues getting a title so I can register it. I know it can be done, as Oklahoma law states they can be registered and driven on non federal roads. I have a notarized bill of sale from the guy I bought it from, but the tag agencies are telling me I need a court order to issue a title to me. My hope is, someone has gone through this process and can help me out, or knows a workaround I can use. Thank you in advance.
