New scrum

    Can anyone figure out vin

    need oil filter
    Fuel filter
    Air filter
    And alternator belt
    Also have one dash light looks like exhaust and is red

    That is not your VIN. It is the emissions plate.
    You have a 5-sp, therefore a manual transmission. Shown on the plate as MT.
    Idle Speed is 950+/-50-rpm
    Timing is 7+/-1-degrees at the idle speed above, with the vacuum line to teh distributor disconnected and plugged.
    The listed spark plugs are:
    an NGK-DCPR7E, or a NipponDenso abbreviated as ND, NDXU22EPR-U

    If you go to the NGK, or ND European site, and select English as the language, and decode the details of the plugs which you can not buy in the USA, but you will be able to determine the thread, reach, heat range, and whether it is a resistor type. I think the R in the designation, denotes resistor type, but beyond that I can't tell you more without going to the sites and decoding, the plugs referenced.
