New Carb; 1 Less Port??

I could no longer keep the '96, DD51T running and thought I'd start with the component I've had the most trouble with. Problem is- it isn't plumbed the same as the old. Looking at the pic- can someone help me out with what the ports should connect to? Regards, Ron

Ive bought this same carburetor not knowing that i had 2x3 port. Im in the process of trying to figure it out.

 

I bought that same carburetor and it took me some doing but I figured it out and the trucks running again . What did you finally come up with?
