Need help with Spindle nut to access front wheel bearing

    Fellas,
    I need help. I have a 1990 Suzuki Carry- DB-51T . What size socket do I need to get this dang spindle nut off? Where can I find one????

    Check the 'help' section at your FLAPS and you may find a socket, also if you can catch any of the tool sellers(Mac, Snap-on, Cornwell, or such) in your are you should find something to fit.

    I just use a punch and small hammer to knock 'em loose, then remove by hand.

    Yes, old school method I used for at least 30 years on large trucks & equipment before I knew they made special tools for the purpose. As often as one would need the special tool, it is very hard to justify the expense, especially on just one's own vehicle. I found it hard to justify to myself even though I was a fleet mechanic.

    Why couldn't you just make one?
    Im about to get into mine to do the rotors?
    Don't know what size, but lets just say a 1" 1/2 drive socket and grind down the edges till what is left will fit into the notches?
    It's not left handed thread on one side is it?
