I've since added LED lights all the way around, painted the headache rack black, and fabricated an aluminum tailgate spoiler.

I just got the timing belt and water pump replaced, and honestly, I could barely tell any difference between the new belt and the old one. It almost appears the belt was changed while in Japan? I did it anyway for peace of mind, given that the truck is 31 years old and has no maintenance records. While in the shop, I had a complete tune-up completed. It has a bit more straight line speed, but with only 38HP, it's only going to go so fast. I think the biggest improvement came from the new distributor, rotor, wires, and plugs. There was 31 years' worth of dirt and grime inside the distributor cap that was affecting performance.

I need to address the shocks and struts next to see if I can get a little better ride.

Overall, it is fun to drive and does everything I need it to do
