Mitsubishi Wheels on Daihatsu?

The seller of my truck included four stock wheels. I have installed those wheels on my 1995 Daihatsu. I was just informed that those wheels are for a Mitsubishi, not a Daihatsu. And I have just read that the lug patterns for the two trucks are different:

    Daihatsu 4x110
    Mitsubishi 4x115

The wheels seem to fit fine on the truck, no forcing or huffing/puffing was required. (I had to enlarge the hub opening on one wheel but all the wheels went right on the lug bolts and seemed to tighten down well.)

I am not good at math, but five mm seems to be about a 1/5 inch.

    What gives?

    Thanks,

a 114.3 wheel will some times fit on a 110 truck. I've put ford wheels on mine, 4x108 with no changes. and just cut a set of mags that were 4x114.3 to go on it . each stud is only offset 2.15 MM so it only takes a second with a di grinder to fix. as long as the hub or the lugs hold the wheel true it will run. just check to make sure that they aren't working loose.

the set that i have in the photo gallery is off a pinto. they are an aluminum slot . i did end up doing a bit of cutting to clear the longer mag style lug nuts. i ran a pair of factory steel wheels off a 82 mustang for a while. at 108MM it's a close fit & as long as the nuts seat good I've had no trouble. i've got a set of wobble nuts coming that will make up for the offset . if the mail will quit tearing my packages open & loosing all the parts!

I dont think a 110 will fit on a 115 or vice versa. Measure your lugs-- center to center across, and also the bolt holes of your wheels.

Charts and info on the net can help, but I think its best to measure and double ck for yourself. That way, you know what you are working with.

I looked at my Hijet lug nuts today. It seems that one nut on each wheel is very slightly offcenter in its opening. But I guess the wheels won't fall off.
