why does this happen? If you have the means to make a how-to post, please do so. People obviously want it. Also please post in a manner that is likely to stay visible for some time. Avoid links to personal cloud storages, etc.

 

This post is a joke quit posting your personal emails and waiting for replies....

You can't eliminate a governor or else your engine would run out of control and blow. The governor gear is a mechanical and internal part in your engine, keeping it from exploding....

Unless there is some kind of magic Japanese adjustable governor I'm not aware of ...
