I had my buddy (Mario) design something up for us. Let me know what you think. If we all like it, I will get some made up. (Version 2) - Second try. Version 3 - Updated Sticker (March 18th ,2008) Version 4 - Updated Sticker (March 18th ,2008)
I am thinking about getting a buddy of mine ot make me a sticker that says "UTV Recovery Team" to go at the top of the windshield. If it looks allright, I'll post some pics and get him to make some more. Mike
Nice. One thing I would probabaly change is the windows. I would probably tint them or something so they don't look the same against the white back ground. Jeff
Kevin, Just a thought, bigger tires, tinted windows, camo paint and roll bar with lights. Steve www.stevesautomn.com
I like it. Much better than my attempt! I would second the notion of either tinting the windows or having a contrasting background though. Cool!
I think that if you were to have all the parts of the truck outlined on black you would find that it would read a little clearer and cleaner. The black gives a hardline definition to the image and would pop it out. Also, consider a different letter style for the "Japanese Minitruck Enthusiasts", the white outline makes it difficult to read from a distance, a solid letter makes it sharper. Try both, stepping back a ways from your screen and see which is easier to read. I like the general layout though, the circle is good.
I have posted in the past that I have a vinyl plotter and can make decals. I would be willing to make the UTV recovery team stickers for anyone who wants them. I also have calvin peeing on the mule sticker. Let me know if you need some stickers made and I can do so. I am laid off at the present time so any extra income helps. Thanks, Mike
I saw a Subaru on the site that was blue and yellow, which I thought was cool.. so it was designed off that. So... suggestions?? You're not going to hurt my feelings. I want it to be coo.
I think a monocolor design would be best. I would use the outline of a truck rather than shading it. Keep it short and simple. A single-color decal lends itself better to being printed on various colors of vinyl to suit different tastes - you'd probably want to use white on glass and black on paint (if your truck is white.) (Psst... cab-forward trucks are cooler. ) Colin
