Dont know if it would be best to buy the whole truck already having the lift dump or purchase and install a lift dump on a more affordable truck.

What do ya think? I live in TX

  2. Definitely get one that has a factory dump on it, doing it aftermarket isn't worth the aggravation

    lift/dump

I'll put this lift/dump unit up against any OEM.

Heavier gauge steel, bigger hydraulic cylinder and pump. Pump is independent of the truck motor so you can lift or dump without the motor running.

I purchased a Daihatsu lift/dump and reverse engineered it to fit a '99+ Suzuki.

Made in Garden Prairie, IL, Pump made in Rockford, IL

Woodhe...How much did it cost you total (part..etc..) for the after market dump / lift bed? Was it easy to install? Has it been dependable? Thanks for any input im interested in doing this

Do you want to buy one or do you want to build your own?

Hi Guys new to the forum...Woodhe1, do you still have the Daihatsu? I think I am going to be looking for motor and tran soon, wondering if that might be something you might consider? Just picked up a 94 but it's turning into a basket case real fast. Thanks Jerry
