my wiper arms are rusted pretty bad. How do I remove them? Where is a good place to find replacements?

I'd just sand them and paint them. That's what I did.

Really well. I didn't remove them, just put some cardboard behind them when I painted. I just used cheap spray paint and it's held up well over the last couple months.

In case you want to buy new ones , for my model year they cost about $30/piece, the part numbers I found based on my model year is 76600-SJ6-003 https://honda.epc-data.com/acty/v-hh3/27680/electric/37718/
when you click on the price there, you are redirected to the seller Amayama https://www.amayama.com/en/part/honda/76600sj6003
part numbers you can search here with the frame number for JDM cars https://www.amayama.com/en/genuine-catalogs/honda?_s=h&v=1

Posting here with actual instructions for removing the wiper arms, mostly because this is the page/thread I found when I google "How to remove Honda Acty Wiper Arms".

The only "trick" is that you have to pry up the plastic/rubber boot over the bolt that attaches the wiper arms. You want to do with with the wiper down against the windshield, or else you'll be at a greater risk of cracking the boot.

This is no problem if you're buying a replacement arm from Honda (following shogun's links above), since they come with replacement boots, but would obviously be an issue if you were planning to refinish and reinstall your wiper arms.

After the bolt is exposed, you'll need a puller tool (I bought this one for $14) - or use on of the sketchier methods of getting the wiper arm off without one.

I bought replacements, but after getting the originals off, I think these could easily be refinished (minus my cracked boot) if you were trying to save $$s on a restoration.
