The horn is on continuously on my Scrum. I think from the feel of the steering wheel that the plastic is cracked and is holding the switch down so the horn is on full time. To complicate issues there is an airbag between me and repairing this thing......I'm going to check the relay but can I remove the airbag from the back. The label says not to!
