I have a Honda acty starts great, idles fine, giving little gas runs fine, the more peddle you give, the more sputtering, then blue smoke and the smell of fuel, other days may run fine, any help out there
unburnt fuel. Check the 2 solenoids on the carb, they adjust the fuel air ratio, they get stuck, I posted that long time ago with pics and part numbers, search with shogun and solenoid valves and you find some threads like this https://minitrucktalk.com/threads/poor-running-acty.15862/#post-93487
It is all in the link above, here a pic of the 2 solenoids and the part numbers http://minkara.carview.co.jp/en/ima...00/001/808/517/1808517/p7.jpg?ct=e67d9860e4e9 You can test the solenoids by directly connecting them to the battery pls and minus for a short click, then the 'needle' should move.
I sent the carb to g r imports to have it rebuilt thinking that was the problem, put it back on with same problem, it's been tinkered with before I bought it, the needle was broken, I had one matched up, it didn't have a number on it, I'm thinking it might be the needle, would you know the needle size it takes?
I do not have it, maybe you contact one of the Mini truck parts suppliers with the VIN = full frame number: like http://yokohamamotors.net/store/page45.html Or check here in the Honda EPC http://honda.epc-data.com/ Please enter full frame number.
