I've been having trouble with a 93 S83P Hijet. Truck ran great, nice idle and then one day wouldn't start. Flooding like crazy. I went into the carb and rebuilt it so I know the needle isn't sticking, float is the right height etc. but after trying to start it, same thing - starts, runs then dies and fuel comes out of the intake. Any ideas??? Thanks, Ralph in Winnipeg

If you have fuel coming out the intake I would think floats sticking and or trash in valve and seat ??
Try tapping on either side of carb.
I spent half a day one time trying to get a truck to start and was fixing to light a match to it. Truck had been running great that morning. Scott came over and tapped on the carb. and that sucker fired right off and ran as it should. Karma has a lot to do with it.
