HELP WANTED!!

    I purchased a 89 Hijet last year for deer lease vehicle it ran alright but didnt have much power. after working on the carb, I found out that my distributor had points. the points were cleaned and gapped which made it run great and have power. this spring i decided to get rid of points and put the petronix electric ignition system on, to help with cold starts and not to worry about points. the truck ran for about 30 minutes while i was tuning the carb but suddenly died. after trouble shooting i found that i had no compression on any of the cylinders. So decided to swap to the 660cc after talking with GR Imports i purchased a reman from them. Once installed i had issues with carb flooding so i purchased a rebuild kit which did not help. i finally adjusted the needle to stop the carb from flooding. once that issue was resolved another popped up no spark. this ended up being a bad ignitor on the petronix system. i then purchased another one installed the recommended way but this ended up going bad as well. i then decided to see if the Daihatsu distributors with electric ignition which i got a S110P distributor and coil from Yokohama. this still did not get the truck running i spoke with yokohama and they mentioned that it maybe not starting since the wiring harness that is on the truck is not the one intended for the S110 distributor and coil. So i purchased the wiring harness which does not match my connection points after being told they would. Long story i know but i am needing some help to get it running i have used all my available resources. I am in the Dallas area if there is anyone that works on these types of trucks, please let me know.
