Valve cover gasket and replace all fluids. I also have plans to upgrade the alternator and battery. I’ll post more pics as things progress. Lots of great info here thanks!

Looking good, what thickness steel you used for the front bumper? After my dump bed mod is finished front steel winch bumper is next on the list.

You go to 14" on the T&Ws ?? What is the wheel B/S measurement ?? I can sell a wheel like that BUT it looked like it was to deep W/O running a spacer. Thanks

I used 11ga on the bumper and 7ga on the front skid plate and some angle iron to back up bottom edge of bumper and edge in front of winch. These are the wheels I used
    Pacer
    Pacer 84B 14x5.5 4x100/4x114.3 (4x4.5") +35mm Matte Black Wheel Rim
    Tires: Presa P102 185/65 R14 Winter
No spacers. Using a 2” lift with 300lb springs had to use camber bolts both top and bottom but so far running well at any speed.

Calculates out to a 4.63" B/S . You sure must be cutting it close to the springs ?? Nice work

Pretty close but no issues so far

  10. I am totally impressed with you fab skills. Did you fabricate the roof rack or did you find one that fits - if so I would like to know where I could get one.
