Heater core bleed cap help

Where the heck is the heater core bleeder cap? I did a flush by removing radiator and heater core hoses in the engine compartment. I used some fittings to flush the engine in both directions and the radiator/heater core in both directions. Put everything back together and loosened the bleed valve on the T-stat to refill the system. Now I now have no heat in the cab. I've tried heat and defrost positions to no avail. I have jacked up the front of the vehicle as some have suggested to bleed. I saw the attached picture on this forum but I can't find this on my truck (1993 Suzuki Carry DD51T, 5 speed MT). Any help locating would be greatly appreciated.
