Has anyone got a 3+1 carburetor to work on there Carry

I need help. I can not get this carb to work on my carry. I have tried everything.

 

clicked to see what a 3+1 carb is. definitely didn't learn that

what have you tried and more importantly to your question: what isn't working?

I see them on ebay from a place in FL for like 120 bux and am curious.
