The process to bid/purchase was easy, and the transition from purchase to shipping and then all the shipping tracking notifications were excellent. Highly recommended! Great resource to buy directly from Japanese sources.
I think they are very flexible if you have a specific need, but if for example you order one small item Buyee will be cheaper. Their basic fee is ¥300 vs. the eponymous ¥500 and you can opt out of repacking. As I recall I had a tiny item repacked unnecessarily by 500YS, for an extra fee.
