I have a 1998 Suzuki Carry DC51T. Recently I purchased a new Fuel Pump. However when I received it, I noticed that there are only 2 wires on the new pump and the old pump has 3 wires. I can't seem to find one with a 3 wire connector Fuel Pump but was told that you can still connect it with no problem, but I don't want to chance it. The other issue is that the 2 metal tubes that come out from the new pump are vertical and not horizontal so I don't know which one goes to the tank and the other to the carb.
The three-wire pumps are very expensive, and you need to import one from Japan as I have yet to find somewhere in the US that has them. However, thr two-wire pumps do work - G&R has a good guide to replacing a three-wire pump with a two-wire pump here.
