Anyone with a street legal mini camper in N GA should check out fort yargo state park. It is fairly large with cabins yurts, I'm renting a campground for the weekend they have water and power for rv's. I have been twice and there's just something special about the place. I'm going to see how people react to the mini truck but prayers I'm gonna brave 316 traffic at low tide and hope I don't get smashed by a tractor trailer. after 316 it should be smooth sailing.

Fort yargo was once called jug tavern, it was a super wal mart wit a little pub and kitchen made to service settlers of what is now called winder and Athens. They run historic reenactment festivals and have some nice facilities.

Yeah, it's pretty up there, especially this time of year.
