Hi just a quick question. I've tried to find sample ISF 10+2 so I can mimic one. I am trying to fill a form out for my broker but am a little confused as to the addresses. I am importing two Honda Acty's, so will the manufacturer just be Honda's Headquarters in Japan? and the rest of the info on the top of the page I will fill in once the trucks are loading on to their ship?
