Every on Ebay, who outbid me?

So there was a '92 Turbo Every on Ebay from Squamish with a blown head gasket, I had bid up to $1600, did someone here out bid me up to $2150?

 

Did you end up getting it... that was me! A good deal!

 

No, I'm afraid it wasn't me that ended up with it, I stopped at $1600, I wasn't sure if the block and head where any good with a bad head gasket so I didn't want to chance it ... I'm a chicken! I'm thinking it was a good deal at $2150 though.

So it was yours nolag?

 

No, but I bid up to $2100, and was on the road when my Blackberry notified me I was no longer the highest bid - of course 2 minutes before the auction was to end, and when I tried upping my bid, ebay was down. DRAT!!! Oh well, will wait for another day. Was thinking the turbo'd engine would be fun to try in my Carry?

 

Funny, I had the same thought too, a Turbo Every, awesome! It's OK, I can make do with the NA, after all Richmond's pretty flat !
