I just got a 91 mini cab and the thing runs great. I noticed the temp was running between 1/2 and 3/4 and sometimes climbing dangerously high. I pulled the thermostat and it dropped to 1/2. It is hot here in Okla. but **** the thing climbed back to the 3/4 range again. No coolant loss or boilover. Do these things run hot or what? Fan seems to be fine and radiator is clean. Any thoughts? Help. Jack

I have had a few clutch fans on Mitsubishi's go bad, when you drive them longer distances they will heat up,if the clutch fan has any oil around the seal it's bad. It should run no hotter than half way on a hot day even with AC.
