Engine dies in park after driving

Hi again, my 1995 Minicab with 3G83 carbureted engine just started running again after fixing the head gasket. It'll start up fine when cold, but if I idle or drive for a while and get the engine hot and put it in park, the engine starts to shake hard and usually stalls. If I go back into drive or accelerate, no issues at all.

This only happens when the engine is warm. Starting cold doesn't have any issues. Starting warm, I have to accelerate a bit to get it to idle. Do I need to adjust an adjustment screw on the carb or something?

Have you replaced all your vacuum lines or maybe knocked one loose/forgot to put one back when working on your engine?

When its cold you are running on the choke. Sounds like either a vacuum leak or you need to adjust something on the idle like the mixture and/or the idle speed.
