Greetings. Just joined up. Found a mint 2011 Clipper in BC, with very low mileage... the goal as a property truck for our daughter in north-eastern. Ontario.

I was a little apprehensive about the drive, but after the Duffey Lake Road, Rogers Pass and Kicking Horse Pass, the wind was at my back pushing me on as Lake Superior came into view. Probably the toughest part was negotiating the hills along the run between Wawa and Sault Ste Marie.

Anyways, now to some simple mods during Winter lay-up... a cargo rack and a 2" lift. Looking forward to sharing.

Long drives are the best in these things!

Yep, it was enjoyable... realizing more so why my late father drove across Canada several times only doing 85 km/h.

Only incident was being harassed by a trucker who tailgated me for a considerable distance. Ontario's soft, cambered shoulders made pulling over risky... until I got to the next town (Mattawa).
