Hi everyone, In the morning when I go to start my 95 Honda acty ha4 I turn key to Acc pump gas pedal twice then continue to start but every time on cold start it gives me a hard time got to try like three to four times before truck turns on. When truck is warmed throughout the day starting is good would anyone happen to know what this issue could be? TIA

choke not closing is where I'd look. But your profile says your in Guam, so not cold, and choke is not used. try pumping it 5-10 times. accelerator pump in carb doesn't give that much fuel per pump so not likely youll flood the engine. hard cold starting can also be weak spark. pull a plug and see what color the spark is. I had an old pickup (53) that liked to be pumped many times befor it would start. Choke was totally missing.
