cheap wheels

    anyone out there tried removing the centers from stock 12 inch mini wheels and welding them into atv wheels am getting ready to try it,got a new set of 12 26 perreli mudwiesres on one of my atvs and dont like them,threy are they are a bit taller than the 13 inch mud and snow tires I am running on my mini,Im old school and cheap so will give it a go

    I just drilled new holes in some 12" ATV rims. Check out my sig. The other option that I checked out was getting the stock rims widened. That was possible but was much more expensive.

    I had my 11" wide rear rims made like this. The trick is the spacer.
    Flip the rim "up-side down", measure diameter and depth of needed spacer to gain proper off-set. I used 3/16 plate cut on the plazma table with stud locations.
    Drop spacer in, drop plate it; run four mig beads. Flip up-side right, plazma cut old face off; run four opo mig beads. Clean as required, camfor if you like.

    Rim will run laser strait.
