carburetor adapter

good afternoon everyone i made this adapter for a EF-NS engine to fit a 886 harley carb. i know there is someone who sells the metal one on ebay but i wanted to make it myself and for alot cheaper. if anyone is interested in this file just lmk

What’s the adapter made of?

Does the Harley carb let you do away with Daihatsu’s 107 vacuum and water hoses that go to the factory carb?

 

printed it in asa sinced it can withstand 100 celcius. honestly i have no idea im going to cap off a bunch of of the vacuum lines but ive seen videos of people doing moto carbs. and for the coolant lines im just blocking them off since theres no reason in my opinion to have coolant going through a carb.

 

I just looped the coolant lines that went through the carb and deleted all but 2 vacuum lines

 

Coolant temp = engine temp = carb choke control

Manual choke makes things simpler.

 

Now it shows up.
