Carb adjustments KS4

    Anyone experienced at adjusting these carbs? This thing runs way to rich when cold. I have the manual downloaded & it shows where the adjustments are but nothing about the procedure.

    I figured it out, close enough anyway. Someone had bent the choke adjustment was the major problem.
