I went to the local home brew store and bought 50 lb bag of 2-row pale and 20 lbs of wheat for this weekend's brew session. Support those locals when you can. I need to use up 4 lbs of home grown Cascades hops for what I call High Plains Windy Wheat beer. Seems like whenever I want to brew it is 25 mph wind.
