Howdy New to the mini truck world. Have a mid 90s Acty truck. Don't know exact year. My question is if there is a way or a part easily found to beef up the front suspension on my little truck. I'm 6'4" and a fuzz over 250 pounds so whenever I hit a bump I bottom out. I would like to fix this if I could. I'm sure I will have many more questions but for now thank you!
Hi, welcome here. "whenever I hit a bump I bottom out" that is almost standard, the shocks are quite short. http://minitruck.ca/mini-truck-parts/honda/honda-front-strut-ha4-pair Here is a parts list where you also can find out the exact built date when you type in the chassis number http://honda.epc-data.com/acty/ https://partsouq.com/ Parts you can get for example from here http://yokohamamotors.com/ http://www.honda-acty-parts.com/
I forgot, here they have heavy duty coil srping sets, 250 lbs and 300 lbs http://minitruck.ca/mini-truck-parts/honda?page=6
yes I recommend #300. You and I are similar size and carry some weight. On suzuki side of this forum you will see a build I posted in 2015. couple of coil springs and some longer shackles and you will be in business. Good luck one more thing. I bought my coils from summit racing for $75. I understand that forum needs sponsors. But their cost can be a little higher so shopping for parts is important Tony
