I'm just curious as to if anyone has ever imported a Bedford Rascal from the UK? They look like neat little camper units, and seem to go pretty cheap on ebay in the UK. I haven't personally seen any in Canada in my travels; however, I'd think they could be imported if they are over 15 years old. Can anyone shed some light on this?
Yes they could be imported if past the age restriction. There is the "odd" camper kei truck/van in Japan too. I have no idea about their export process or shipping from that direction.
I think I'll take a good look this summer at importing one just to have. They look pretty neat. I was actually thinking of the Bedford Bambi to be exact.
