Great news! I found a dealer about 2 1/2 hours from where I live who has 11 of them. They are sick of them sitting on their lot and don't have alot of call for them. I'm driving there bright and early tomorrow AM and am buying 1 for sure and if things go ok maybe 2! I can't wait. I'm like a kid at Christmas.
I am dealing with a shop in Japan, they do Quality Control, do not call it refurbishing, but my first batch of Subarus I got 5 QC, and 2 as-is. They did a fantastic job of bringing these trucks up to top quality. Most people think the trucks are new and mechanically, they are near perfect. No problem passing Saskatchewan safety inspection. I have 14 more Sambars on the way with a waiting list. I'd rather let the guys in Japan fix these trucks as they know these trucks inside out plus any parts needed are close by.
