Are these plugs ok?

    Your opinion on these plugs.. too lean, too rich, or just right? They are brand new and have about 400km on them.

    The one at the top looks it's running a little richer than others but they look fine.

    Thanks OldMachinist. I leaned her out another 1/4 turn again tonight using the pilot screw, I am exactly 2 turns out now. I was running 2 - 1/4 turns out on these plugs since installing.

    I tried a compression test tonight and everything is registering around 152 PSI. I only let the engine turn over for about 3 seconds tho, is that long enough?
