Can't say for sure. Some Suzukis are 4X115mm and some are 4X110mm. You'll have to measure your truck to make sure. If you measure across the hub from the outside of one stud to the outside of the opposite stud you should end up with either 5" (4X115mm bolt pattern) or 4.8" (4X110mm bolt pattern).
