Anyone Know where to get a new engine??

Just put a rod through the side of the block.. In a very bad mood. Looking to see if anyone knows a reliable supplier for a new engine for a 2001 Suzuki Carry db52T?

yokohama motors can get rebuilt for around $3k, or www.beforward.jp has used inventory. The block is a K6A. The Carry/ Every and the Alto all use the K6A from 1999 on

 

There is a business in Ontario, Calif that imports & sells used Japanese engines. You will have to search as I don't remember the name. Might be hit or miss if they have what you want in inventory. Seems as I remember, most of the smaller engines were in the $1,ooo to $1,500 range.

G&r imports has a salvage yard and Yokohama motors says they can get them on their web site. Haven't dealt with either personally

 

try contacting Carepo, they seem to have alot of Kei trucks for parts
