I have a '99 S210P EFI S210P EF-VE twin cam Hijet that is having problems starting when cold. If the engine ever cranks, it runs great. I have checked gas, air, vacuum lines, have spark at all 3 plugs. I do see oil on my plugs and am in the process of getting some tube seals shipped here to attempt changing them out. While inside the valve cover, I wanted to check the valves/adjust if needed. Does anyone have the specs on the valve adjustment on this engine? Also, anyone replaced these tube seals before? Give any advice? Thanks in advance.
