4A30 Intake Manifold and Head Removal Issue

I am having trouble getting off the intake manifold and thus the head on my 95 Minicab Bravo 4A30 engine. There's one last 12mm bolt in the back butting up against the manifold that I cannot get access to. I have tried a crowfoot wrench, socket, going from underneath, and now the bolt head might be rounded. Thinking about cutting a hole in the floor to get access to it but that seems extreme.

Anyone have any suggestions, tips, tricks, anything to get this off? I am about to lose it on this engine....never had more trouble with a head.

Funny I just finished getting that exact bolt off my 98 minicab to get my head off. Your exhaust manifold should have a thin heat shield in the way. In my case it is kinda rusty, and, we’ll, I kinda bent and broke it away, used a few extensions on a 12mm socket and got yo it from under the truck by the driveshaft.
