So I am going to Vancouver BC tomorrow to look at and very likely purchase a 2002 Hijet Jumbo (Super Excited! I am a big guy so I need a bigger cab but Love Love the mini trucks!) the dealership says most of his mini trucks have low range, but this one doesn't?? I think maybe he doesn't know if it has it or not? Of his 10 vehicles on the lot this is the Only Hijet Jumbo So my question is - are the Hijet's sold with no low-range transfer case option? A 1995 one I am looking at online has high / low stick below the emergency brake and push button 4x4 button, is it possible this 2002 doesn't have it? The included pic is of it
it is 4x4 for sure, so would it possibly have no low range or is this dealer just not sure of what he has
Hijets are sold with out the transfer case which allows low range. S80, 82, 84 were 2wd. S100 was 2wd. There were some variations with 5-sped trannys and super low gearing, and no l They are also sold as just 2wd. Do you know the serial number?
