Smashed my windshield a few years ago and got it fixed. Ever since, the wiper will only work at high speed and will not self park when turned off. The wiper arms and mechanism look fine and are not loose. Any ideas on what could have happened to cause this? They worked fine on all speeds before smashing the windshield.
