I just bought another truck, a 1995 Mitsubishi minicab with air conditioning. The guy I bought it from said the A/C worked perfectly last summer. It won't cool now. When you push the A/C button on the dash, the little led on the switch doesn't light. I pulled the cover off the small fan in the center of the cab near the floorboard, in front of the shifter, and a fan turns on and off as I push the button. Just no cooling. Also I don't hear the compressor ever kick on when I push the A/C button. Could this just be low freon? I was told if it's low, the compressor won't run. Is there a relay on the system that could be bad? Ideas?
