I pulled my truck out side after the snow finally melted and it sat for two or three weeks without driving it went to drive it the other day and the clutch wont disengage when clutch pedal is pushed in cables fine not broke adjusted cable some but it still wont disengage any tips on how to free it up ? never had a problem before always shifted fine.

The clutch disk is probably rusted to the flywheel. Try to drive it around with the pedal pushed in. First gear. On and of the throttle to see if you can work it loose

alternative is to Jack up the rear wheels. Put the truck in high gear. 4th or 5th if you have it. 2wd. Start the engine and bring rpm up to 2500 or so push the clutch in and hit the brakes hard to get the inertia to break it free. Think safety!
