Hello everyone, im currently working on a 94' acty street van with the PGM-FI engine. its crank no start and im trying to get electrical troubleshooting manuals to determine if im getting the fuel injectors to run since my fuel pump isn't pumping fuel and it has now power. are these vehicles like other 90s hondas where they have a pgm-fi main relay that goes bad? i really just need a service manual if its in english or not. ive checked the carbureted manual for info but it wasnt much help.

I found the location of the pgm-fi main relay and the ecu! they are located underneath the driver's side rear seat with the jack.

found corrosion under multiple capacitors in the ECU, im gonna order a known good one and see if this fixes it.

Known good ecu could not be found. ordered new capacitors and replaced every electrolytic capacitor on the board, some traces broke off and had to be repaired. vehicle now runs perfect fuel pump and injectors came back to life.
