Hi all, I have recently purchased a 93 Every and am looking to get started on my build. Information online has been.....tough to say the least. Anyone who can help with these issues I appreciate it! Alternator: So it looks like I have a 50amp alternator and I need this to be upgraded. From some research on Suzuki Carry threads it looks like the PowerMaster Mini Denso racing ones will work. My confusion is if the Every is 1,2 or 3 wire alternator? Will a 1 wire PowerMaster 8152 160 amp work plug n play? A/C: I have converted it to 134a and charged the system with 330g of freon and it worked initially, but has since shut off. What is the amount of freon do they hold? Radio: Do most people hardwire the aftermarket radio in or is there some other brand (honda,subaru) wiring harness that will work?
For my 98 Suzuki every de51v that I just did I got Radio harness adapter https://a.co/d/8gfJ5jp Great fit Just make sure you ground to the actual chassis lol Popped the tail light fuse because of it. Had the dash headlight indicator go on every time I hit the brakes lol I put it to the inside to were the din screws in to the aluminum piece that connects I thought was to the dash metal frame but that was not the case. so I just ran a wire in back to the passenger side floor board where there is a screw with button attachment for floor rug and that seam to have done the trick
