1992 suzuki carry DD51t (has egr delete) carb issues.

Hello i've got a 1992 carry that was purchased with a blown engine. It's all back together but the carb is giving me trouble. Truck runs ok in summer with choke wired open.. but obviously doesn't run in winter with the choke wired open.

I've got the stock carb on the truck. All the vacuum lines are attached as far as i can tell from other posts on here. We deleted the egr. put a block off plate and capped the vacuum lines for the egr.

Any tips would be super helpful tuning the carb to work properly.

Has anyone done the CV40 or other carb swaps? I like the idea of a manual choke carb that is that simple.

Where do you get the carb spacers for a cv40 carburetor swap?

    Thank you for the help
