Hi all, what is this long pipe part hooking onto the rear axle Cv joint I think. I hit a pothole going to fast. the lip holding the pipe rusted off now pipes hanging. it drives it makes horrendous noise. Have parked it while I Google what the part is and how much it'll cost to import. Anyone can tell me the name?? Thx!!!
That appears to be the clamps for a drive shaft universal joint. The drive shaft is what sends the motion from the transmission/transfer case to make the wheels turn.
